The young and the elderly are often most vulnerable, however the curuios thing about this strain of Swine Flu is it seems to be affecting people between 20 and 50, this is very unusual. There is no Vaccine for the Swine flu yet, it is a new strain. If you get sick, don’t wait, go and see a doctor immediately. Keep your hands clean before touching anything, watch where you cough, do not kiss or have close intimate contact with anyone and avoid being in close spaces with other people.

Lastly, Don’t worry! the vast majority of people recover from this flu, the number of deaths is unusual, but far more people are getting it and then recovering.
